One world. Many voices. One creation.
You will create your own interpretation of a star, in your own discipline, with your own tools, in your own language.
Your contribution will join creations from young people around the world to form one international short film.
We also want to meet the person behind the creation. We want to see you, see how you create, and hear your voice — in whatever way feels right to you.
No budget required. No fixed duration for your creative contribution. You create wherever you are, whenever you can.
Every participant records a short video saying the mother phrase of the project — face camera, face hidden, in your own language, simple or artistic. What matters is that your voice and your presence are part of the film.
You may add a short original sentence about what unity in difference means to you — for example:
Every participant completes two parts.
Create your own version of the star, through your discipline: animation, drawing, song, dance, video, sound, photo, performance, VFX, or any other original creation.
Record the required videos that let MCKIDS present you, document your creation, and build the international film.
Important: your creative contribution can be short or long. MCKIDS will edit the final film and may cut, rearrange, or combine your material.
Goal: we want to see who you are.
Record a clean video where you present yourself. Showing your face is optional — you can be in front of the camera, show yourself in your environment, appear partially, or choose any creative way to be present. What matters is that we feel you're there.
Say: your name or alias, your country, your creative discipline, and optionally a short line about yourself.
Goal: create your own interpretation of the star.
The star can be a light, an idea, a symbol, a transformation — anything that expresses the spirit of UNITED. No fixed duration: you decide how long you need to express your idea.
Any discipline works: video, drawing, animation, voice, music, photo, writing, VFX, dance, singing, theatre, sports, mime, crafts, magic, or any other talent.
Goal: show the real process behind your contribution.
Record yourself creating, or have someone film you while you work: your workspace, your hands, your tools, your rehearsals, your finished creation. You can speak, use subtitles, or simply show the process.
Goal: record the mother phrase of MCKIDS UNITED.
Say "All Over the World, We Are United" in English or in your own language, face camera, as a voice-over, or in a creative way that fits your contribution.
These strengthen the film and help document the project, but they are not required to submit.
Goal: document the real origin of your contribution.
A photo or short video showing something recognizable from your city or country — a street, a landmark, your window, your neighborhood. Avoid showing private information or addresses.
Goal: give the film a personal, human message.
A short video or audio on what "creating together across distance" means to you. Any language is welcome.
Goal: a strong image for the film's poster and communications.
A portrait, a photo of your creative environment, of your contribution, or a staged shot related to your star. High resolution, well lit, landscape preferred.
Check things off as you prepare. This stays on your device only.
No fixed duration. Create a short clip, a longer sequence, an animation, a performance, a photo, or another form. MCKIDS will select the useful parts for the final film. Keep your original file in its best quality — avoid over-compressing it.
The same applies to your mandatory videos: you don't need to hit an exact length. Give enough material to see you, understand your contribution, and show how it was made. MCKIDS can cut, combine, rearrange, subtitle, and edit the content.
You keep the rights to your original creation. By submitting, you grant MCKIDS STUDIO a non-exclusive right to use, edit, and publish your contribution as part of the UNITED film and its promotion, with credit given to you (name or alias, country) in the film's credits and communications.
